🍽️ Basic Cooking Method

Rinse: Wash 1 cup of Kaalar basmati rice under cold water until the water runs clear.

Soak: Soak the rice in water for 30 minutes to enhance grain elongation.

Boil: In a pot, bring 1.5 cups of water to a boil.

Cook: Add the soaked rice to the boiling water. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.

Rest: Turn off the heat and let the rice sit, covered, for an additional 10 minutes.
