A An’s Premium Japonica Rice is a short-grain, soft, and slightly sticky rice known for its mild flavor and smooth texture. Grown in Vietnam using advanced and sustainable methods, it meets international standards and is especially popular in Japanese and Korean cuisine.
How to Cook Japonica Rice (Stovetop):

Rinse 1 cup of rice 2–3 times until water runs clear.

Soak for 20–30 minutes (optional for better texture).

Add 1.2 cups of water for every cup of rice.

Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer on low for 15 minutes.

Turn off heat and let it steam covered for 10 more minutes.

Fluff with a fork or paddle—ready to serve!
