🍚 Cooking Zeeba Golden Sella Basmati Rice (Stovetop Method)
Ingredients:

1 cup Zeeba Golden Sella Basmati Rice

1.5 cups water

Pinch of salt (optional)
Instructions:

Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear to remove excess starch.

Soak the rice in water for 30 minutes, then drain.

In a saucepan, combine the soaked rice, 1.5 cups of water, and a pinch of salt.

Bring to a boil over medium heat.

Once boiling, reduce the heat to low, cover the saucepan, and simmer for 15–18 minutes, or until the water is absorbed and the rice is tender.

Remove from heat and let it sit, covered, for 5–10 minutes.
