🍚 How to Cook Wat Arun Thai White Rice

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Wat Arun Thai White Rice

  • 1.5 to 2 cups water (depending on preferred texture)

  • Pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Rinse the rice under cold water 2–3 times until the water runs clear.

  2. In a pot, add rice and water (1:1.5 for firmer rice, 1:2 for softer).

  3. Bring to a boil on medium heat.

  4. Once boiling, reduce to low heat, cover, and simmer for 15–18 minutes.

  5. Turn off heat and let it rest covered for 5 minutes.

  6. Fluff gently with a fork and serve.
