🍛 Classic Chicken Biryani Recipe (Using Premium Basmati Rice)
🧂 Ingredients:

1 cup Premium India Basmati Rice (soaked 30 mins)
-
300g chicken (marinated with yogurt, turmeric, chili, garam masala, and salt)
-
1 large onion (sliced)
-
1 tomato (chopped)
-
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
-
Whole spices: bay leaf, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom

2 tbsp oil or ghee
-
Fresh coriander & mint leaves (optional)
-
Salt to taste

1¾ cups water
🔥 Instructions:

Cook chicken masala:
In a pot, heat oil and add whole spices. Add onions and sauté until golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste, then chicken and tomatoes. Cook until chicken is done and masala is thick. -
Add rice:
Drain soaked rice and add to the pot. Mix gently with chicken. -
Add water & cook:
Add water and salt. Bring to boil. Then cover, reduce heat to low, and cook for 15 minutes or until rice is tender and water is absorbed. -
Rest & fluff:
Let rest for 10 minutes. Fluff gently and garnish with coriander or fried onions.
