How to Cook Jasmine Rice (Stovetop):

  1. Rinse 1 cup of rice until water is mostly clear.

  2. Add 1.5 cups of water per cup of rice.

  3. Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce heat.

  4. Simmer for 15 minutes.

  5. Turn off heat and let it sit, covered, for 10 minutes.

  6. Fluff and serve.
